![]() Would it be possible for the software to do a simple hardware check on launch, and just to tone down the quality of the graphics it renders on the ipad 9, which is not that old, in the grand scheme of things? Surely that would give you a much greater potential user base? ![]() I am concerned that your update programme seems to be updating all the areas which will mean that soon enough nowhere will work for anyone on an ipad, it will only work for people with a recent Pro or Mini. ![]() This rather suggests it’s an issue with rendering the graphics, not with the core functionality. It takes about 5 minutes to crash, but it always crashes. I’ve been using Colombia on my ipad 9 and that is fine. One of your advisors told me that it should work with the areas you have not updated with new graphics - and that seems to be true. That’s fine except in the App Store - which is where most people check and where the device itself checks I think - it still says it is compatible with the ipad 9 even after the most recent update (3.4.3) The information MyWhoosh has given Apple is incorrect.
